Key Responsibilities
Design and manage frameworks for territory assignments, quota distribution, and sales capacity planning
Lead analysis of pipeline health and forecast accuracy to improve predictability and accountability
Enhance forecasting processes and visibility in Salesforce, collaborating with Sales Leaders
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales performance, forecasting, compensation planning, or sales strategy
Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and modeling
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including CRM administration and reporting
Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training / certifications in sales operations, CRM administration, or analytics
