About the position :
- Full or Part-Time positions available
- Minimum of 2 days per week
- You will be trained to follow the PACE program
- Treatment will be delivered to most benefit the patient
- Daily patient census is 10-12 patients per day Who we are seeking :
- MD or DO
- MD or DO
- IM, FM Residency, and / or Geriatrics Fellowship training
- Board eligible or board certification in IM, FM, and / or Geriatrics
- MA licensed or ability to obtain one
- Must possess compassion and empathy, and have a focus on wellness, rather than patient volume
