Job Description :

The Distribution Agent ensures that products, labels, and supporting documents are accurate and compliant prior to transport. Agents are responsible for pulling inventory for outgoing orders and for ensuring accurate record keeping of inventory, supporting all label and finished cases QC checks throughout the distribution process. This position requires a high amount of attention to detail as you are not only loading trucks for inventory but you are also entering data regularly and maintaining digital records of product as well as building state Metrc manifests fulfilling wholesale orders and quality control checking finished goods.

Responsibilities :

• Verify flower and MIP labels before mass labeling
• Verify and quality control check finished cases
• Inspect paperwork for accuracy for all outgoing orders
• Pull cases for orders ensuring proper tracking using internal sheets
• Prepare orders for the transport team
• Communicate effectively with other departments
