Our client is looking for an experienced candidate to :
- Greet and assist customers ascertaining their needs and answering any questions
- Process orders completed by QA team and complete remaining steps
- Maintain re-supply schedules
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorization
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls and be able to manage multiple lines when needed
- Associates degree preferred
- 2+ years minimum experience in a medical setting required
- Understanding medical terminology & being able to read and understand coverage criteria
- Strong computer and phone skills, ability to move comfortably between two computer systems to meet job requirements
- Self-motivated, organized, ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
