Job description

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional service to clients on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Provide dedicated support to an assigned group of clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally

Monitor and manage client tickets in the system, maintaining timely follow-ups and resolutions

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in a call center or customer service role

Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships

Proficiency in using multiple browsers and handling email correspondence

Familiarity with basic Excel functions and data management

Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
