Job Description
Lead projects supporting strategic goals in the form of capital projects, 5S implementation and more. Lead all Kaizen / Lean activities to drive change operationally with sustainable results. Utilize and gather data from site level operations to make informed decisions and implement them globally. Educate and train the business on problem-solving goals through workshops and site visits. Review, manage, and improve key business metrics surrounding quality, safety, delivery and cost reduction. Transform and optimize daily operations both at corporate and at the site / shop level.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelors Degree or higher required - in technical field (Operations Management, Engineering, etc). 5+ years of leadership experience within CI / Lean, multi-site preferred. Experience managing and improving safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics. Project Management experience required, PMP certification a plus. Six Sigma Certification required, Green Belt minimum. Proven track record of creating and implementing CI / Lean programs, with data / metrics to back it up. Vast ERP and data systems experience - COGNOS and ETO strongly preferred. Willingness to travel up to 35%. Engaging and driven thought leader - ability to train and be trained.
