The Company is in need of an Associate General Counsel with a focus on personal injury, products liability, and general negligence cases. The successful candidate will be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in subrogation, products liability, general negligence, and plaintiff personal injury law. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse caseload, representing plaintiffs, negotiating settlements, and providing expert legal counsel to clients. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a high-volume caseload, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and maintaining a strong knowledge of Florida law and legal trends in the relevant practice areas.
