Paid Mileage! Contingent! Per Visit Rates!
Job duties include, but are not limited to :
- Review request for physical therapy and physicians orders.
- Interview client to determine type of treatment and schedule therapy.
- Evaluate type of therapy most desirable after consulting with physician.
- Assist clients in ambulatory training as necessary.
- Recommend modifications and changes in the clients therapy treatment as indicated.
- Ensure that all therapist notes are informative and descriptive of the care provided and of the clients response to the care.
- Select rehabilitative and therapeutic activities and exercises based on medical and social history of clients.
Qualifications
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or program.
- Must possess an active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan.
- 1 year of Homecare experience required.
- Experience with Wellsky / Kinnser preferred.
- Must be fully COVID Vaccinated.
