About the Role :
GC America, a leading global manufacturer of world-class professional dental consumable materials, is launching a brand-new Inside Sales Division and were looking for hungry, passionate Inside Sales Representatives to help us grow! Youll be busy, making outbound calls every day to dental practices across the U.S., introducing GC Americas innovative, high-quality dental consumable products, and helping customers grow their practices. Youll follow proven KPIs, collaborate with marketing and field sales, and take ownership of your success, all while contributing to a fun and competitive team culture for a company that will celebrate 105 years in business next year! You will work focused on an assigned territory, collaborating closely with the Regional Sales Reps to maximize field coverage and ensure a seamless team approach to customer engagement.
This role can also be a launching pad. Successful Inside Sales Reps can move into field sales, leadership, marketing, or other career paths within GC America. Were growing, were global and were focused on bringing the best quality dental materials to patients nationwide!
What Youll Do :
- Drive outbound calling, prospect new and existing customers, re-engage existing accounts, and revitalize dormant accounts to close new business
- Learn and passionately sell GC Americas portfolio of dental consumable products to dentists and dental teams, including office managers and dental hygienists
- Build meaningful, long-term customer relationships that provide value and drive loyalty
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
- Actively use our Salesforce CRM, track all activities, manage pipeline, and leverage data to drive results
- Collaborate with field sales reps to support territory execution, maximize coverage, and ensure alignment between field and inside sales teams
- Work with Marketing on campaigns and lead conversions
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, competitive team environment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience and / or Training Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer service, or a related role.
Technology / Equipment Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams), Familiarity with CRM systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Education Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience and / or Training 2+ years of inside sales experience, ideally in a B2B or healthcare-related environment. Experience managing a sales pipeline, qualifying leads, and converting prospects to customers.
Technology / Equipment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred. Experience conducting virtual meetings or product demos via video conferencing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
