Role Overview : As a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist at Soliant, you will play a crucial role in delivering speech and language services to students in a school environment.
We are seeking an individual who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and driven to positively impact students' lives.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct screenings and assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and student needs.
- Deliver therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure coordinated care and effective communication strategies.
- Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay abreast of advancements in the field of speech-language pathology and participate in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
