About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift : 36 hours per week

Experience : Minimum 2 years

License : Required

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Must-Have : Experience in titrating pressors and managing IV drugs for critically ill patients

Description :

This unit cares for chronically ill patients requiring ventilation and complex medication management.

The diagnoses may include hypertension urgency, sepsis, or cerebrovascular accident.

This unit is designated for COVID positive patients.

Additionally, this unit may receive surgical or cardiac intensive care patients if no other bed is available.

The cancellation policy is 12 hours every two weeks.

Charting is done using MEDITECH - 6.1.

BSN is not required.

Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
