At Scratchboard Kitchen, you'll work with fresh ingredients, detailed recipes, and collaborate with our Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to create baked goods our guests rave about. Essential Responsibilities :

Follow prep lists and detailed instructions from our Pastry Chef.

Expertly prepare our signature pastries : pop tarts, biscuits, muffins, cookies, and more.

Adhere to recipes and uphold our high-quality standards consistently.

Keep your station organized, clean, and compliant with all health and safety requirements.

Embrace constructive feedback as an opportunity to learn and grow.

Share your creative pastry ideas and contribute to menu development.

Requirements :

Excellent communication skills

Basic pastry and culinary knowledge

An eagerness to improve every day

Proactive, motivated, and excited to collaborate

Team-focused mindset

Creative and inspired thinking is a huge plus!

Compensation : Hourly : $18

Physical Demands :

This role includes seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequent lifting (up to 25 pounds), occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds), standing for 4–8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during shifts. These requirements may be met with or without reasonable accommodations.
