Senior Marketing Manager

The alloClae team is looking for a creative and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to help launch this innovative new product, driving consumer interest and physician loyalty. In this role, you will serve as the voice of the business, and will lead annual planning, overall marketing and launch strategy, creative and messaging strategy across channels, and brand look and feel for the Body business line. You will get to join a seasoned, enthusiastic team of aesthetics leaders developing world-class products with many successful launches under their belt.

Responsibilities

• Own overall marketing plan and launch strategy for the Body business line
• Drive communication strategy across traditional HCP (events, conferences) and digital channels
• Create comprehensive messaging, campaigns, collateral, and training materials to support product launches and ongoing marketing efforts
• Develop deep industry understanding to understand market dynamics and competitive landscape
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and continue to share ROI with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide inputs to product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer preferences
• As needed, support product initiatives (i.e., lifecycle management, product updates, line extensions, and regulatory compliance activities)
• Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP / CGTP, other relevant regulations / standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures
• Travel domestically up to 50% to attend offsite meetings, conferences, and support business initiative
