Accounts Receivable Specialist

As a Credit & Collections Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing company profitability by consistently meeting Credit department objectives. Your daily activities will include managing cash posting, researching short payments, conducting collections, and collaborating with Sales & Customer Service to ensure timely order releases. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities :

• Post cash from wires, ACH, and checks.
• Assist with account reviews to monitor and release outgoing orders.
• Communicate with customers for collection efforts or to satisfy customer requests.
• Collaborate with multiple departments for audits, orders, order corrections, and documentation.
• Run, review, and reconcile aging reports for reporting purposes.
• Review and approve credit invoice files for distribution or correction.
• Advocate for Finance during internal / external audits and annually for external audits.
• Be available during month-end close.
• Assist with any other credit department tasks as requested.

Work Environment :

Currently, the position is fully remote until December 1st, due to office construction. Initially, in-office training with another team member is required. Once comfortable, the role will transition to a remote / hybrid model, with a schedule of three days a week in the office.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
