Monday - Friday 6am - 2 : 30pm

Responsibilities :

• Proactively engage with customers to provide updates on their products and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain efficient product flow according to customer specifications, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.

• Monitor and track internal risk assessments to mitigate potential issues and ensure smooth processes.

Required Experience :

• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in aerospace manufacturing, is advantageous.
