Position : VIP Automotive Salesperson
Introduction :
is currently searching for a self-driven organized and data-savvy individual to join our dynamic team as a VIP Automotive this role you will be responsible for following up with customers who have visited our dealership and not purchased a vehicle. The goal will be to bring them back into the dealership to finalize a addition you will work with all of our Out-of-State customers to assist them in purchasing a vehicle.
Key Responsibilities :
Complete 50 post-visit calls texts and emails daily to customers who have visited the dealership and not purchased a vehicle
Schedule be-back visits and document in HGregs CRM tool (DealerSocket) to effectively track all customer interactions
Communicate effectively with Out-of-State customers and assist them with purchasing a vehicle.
Utilize HGregs Sales Process when interacting with customers
Share HGregs Core Values and educate all customers on how we do business
Take customers on test drives and ensure they understand the vehicles operating features
Sell and deliver a minimum number of units per month
Attend product and sales training courses as requested by Management
Turn 100% of closed deals to finance along with properly completed paperwork
Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery
Deliver vehicles to customers ensuring that the customer understands the vehicles operating features warranty and paperwork
Required Qualifications :
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Previous automotive sales and / or BDC experience
Strong proficiency in automotive CRM usage (DealerSocket preferred)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Bilingual (Spanish) required

Compensation
This is a full-time position and the anticipated yearly income is between $75-100000 / yr depending on success plus benefits including Medical Dental and 401K.
