Salary : Hourly rate of $41-$47, with a +$2 differential for evening, night shift, and weekend shifts.
Job Summary : Our client is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. This position offers evening shifts from Monday to Friday, with the option for 4-day, 12-hour shifts.
The primary responsibility of the RN is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising nursing activities performed by CNAs and MAAs.
Job Responsibilities :
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess resident needs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs.
- Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and continuing education.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and progress.
Qualifications :
- Valid Wisconsin RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN, preferably in long-term care or nursing home settings.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care and enhancing the quality of life for seniors.
