Key Responsibilities
Investigates potential credit card fraud cases and analyzes account history
Responds to account inquiries, providing scripted responses to alerts generated within fraud detection queues
Maintains accurate documentation of investigations and assists with the completion of lost stolen reports
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 6 months call center experience within the last 18 months
Must be flexible with mid to late shifts, including weekends
Requires a hardwired internet connection; no wireless connections allowed
Must be on camera during training and as required by the supervisor
