A day in this role

Your day is a blend of customer advocacy, problem-solving, and inside sales :

• Welcome walk-in visitors and respond to phone inquiries with accurate product, pricing, and shipping information.
• Keep our systems current by maintaining product availability and pricing details.
• Enter orders efficiently, recommend complementary parts, and provide technical guidance when customers need it.
• Reach out to truck-run customers for orders and ensure timely placement for each scheduled run.
• Make same-day follow-up calls regarding backorders and delivery timelines.
• Take part in company-driven sales initiatives to engage new prospects and re-activate customers whose purchasing has tapered off.
• Investigate service concerns; collaborate with management to resolve complaints appropriately.
• Research warranty and return requests and complete all related documentation with care.
• Track shipments and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Pitch in with other duties as assigned to support the team.
