The Senior Product Manager is responsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. This role contributes to organizational goals by leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet market demands and drive revenue growth. The scope of work includes market research, product planning, and overseeing product development from concept to launch. Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive trends, informing product strategy and positioning.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to execute product development plans.
- Define product features and requirements, ensuring they meet customer needs and business goals.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, gathering feedback and making data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
- Manage product budgets and forecasts, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to inform strategic product decisions. Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products and achieving business results.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
