We’re representing a Top ENR General Contractor actively hiring a Traveling Electrical Superintendent to oversee large-scale, high-performance projects across the Midwest.

What You’ll Do

Lead all on-site electrical field operations for major data center projects from ground-up through commissioning

Coordinate daily site activities, safety meetings, and subcontractor management

Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality control, and installation standards

Partner closely with Project Managers, engineers, and owners to drive communication and execution

Manage manpower planning, materials, and logistics for fast-paced, technically complex builds

Travel regionally (Midwest-based projects) with long-term stability and consistent workload

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent (data center, mission-critical, or industrial experience highly preferred)

Deep understanding of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety standards

Proven ability to lead large crews and subcontractor teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Willingness to travel for project durations across the Midwest and Eastern U.S.
