Overview
Commercial Lines Account Manager – fully remote opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to support a diverse portfolio of middle-market to large-market clients across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of large clients, handling 10-15 renewals per month.
- Quote, negotiate credits, and prepare proposals for new and renewal business.
- Convert 10+ new business accounts monthly.
- Process endorsements and provide exceptional service to clients.
- Collaborate with carriers such as Liberty, Cincinnati, Auto Owners, Western Reserve, Travelers, The Hartford, Safeco, AmTrust, and Progressive.
- Utilize agency management software for account management and client interactions.
Qualifications / Requirements
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.3-5 years in commercial lines account management or a related role.Proficiency in EPIC or similar agency management software preferred.Smart, enthusiastic, and a team player.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Disclaimer : This job description may not cover all duties and responsibilities and is subject to modification at the employer's discretion.
