Reno Harley-Davidson, the top-performing dealership in the West, is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Lot Porter / Driver to join our team. This role is essential to the daily operations of our dealership and plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Position Summary :

The Lot Porter is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, staging, and general care of our motorcycle inventory. This position supports both the sales and service departments by ensuring all units are presentable, organized, and ready for customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Move, wash, and detail motorcycles as needed
• Stage motorcycles for customer pickup and showroom display
• Maintain a clean and organized lot, showroom, and service drive
• Assist with setup and breakdown of dealership events
• Perform regular inspections of inventory for cleanliness and readiness
• Support the sales and service teams with additional duties as assigned
