Human Resources Coordinator

Epson America is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support key Human Resources functions including onboarding, recruitment operations, training administration, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being a central resource for both employees and HR team members.

This position is located at Epson America's Headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA with an opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration & Compliance

Provide administrative support across HR functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Maintaining accurate employee records and routing HR documentation to payroll and relevant stakeholders

• Performing customer service functions by responding to employee requests and questions
• Assisting with budget administration, including tracking expenses and processing invoices
• Supporting HR programs such as employee recognition, welfare initiatives, and tuition reimbursement
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Assist with immigration compliance, including helping to ensure I-9s are reverified and visa statuses are current

Onboarding & Orientation

Lead weekly new hire orientations for both in-person and remote employees. Manage end-to-end onboarding processes including I-9 verification, HR system setup, and training coordination to ensure a seamless new hire experience.

Recruitment Operations

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, assisting in resume reviews, and coordinating candidate travel. Participate in weekly recruitment meetings and contribute to offer management and sourcing efforts.

Training & Development Support

Register employees for internal and external training programs, track completion, and ensure compliance. Collaborate with the Learning & Development to support training logistics.

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $53,601 and $66,996. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as : training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
