Summary :

We are looking for dynamic Lifecycle Marketing Manager to enhance our Global Business Solutions Group by crafting and executing comprehensive campaign strategies to boost customer growth and revenue. In this role, you'll tap into big data insights, machine learning, and automation to propel the success of small businesses and self-employed clients through the QuickBooks platform. By leading cross-functional teams, you'll deliver meticulously segmented and highly personalized multi-channel campaigns, driving significant impacts on our customers' prosperity journey.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and manage end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, in-product discovery, push, and SMS.

Harness customer insights and KPIs to develop and measure impactful go-to-market strategies.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute and refine campaign strategies.

Own campaign deliverables, leveraging tools like Campaign Manager, Braze, or Eloqua for automation and measurement.

Direct A / B testing programs to optimize campaign performance and contribute to continuous learning and improvement.

Must-Have Skills :

Proven expertise in CRM Marketing and lifecycle email campaigns for SaaS products.

Strong analytical capabilities for effective data utilization in campaign logic and performance tracking.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive strategic conversations using data.
