General Manager
The General Manger (GM) provides oversight,leadership, and guidance on day-to-day operations and sales, monitoring newbusiness opportunities, project progress, outcomes, and measures. This includesactivities, such as leading and developing the team, overseeing projects fromproposal state to completion, new customer acquisition, sales strategy, projectmargins, contractor growth, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain efficient manpower ratios to meet branch goals through recruiting, hiring, promotion, or discharge
 - Facilitate regular 1-1s with team members focusing on goals, customers, projects, career development, performance, and office KPIs
 - Ensure adequate training of staff, and monitor employee compliance to organizational policies, procedures, and practices, and provide feedback where bottlenecks exist
 - Assign or delegate responsibility for specific work to achieve branch goals, meet customer expectations, and create improved performance
 - Collaborate in the development and implementation of organization policies, practices, and procedures to attain organizational goals
 - Effectively support and implement organizational initiatives and strategies for sales, operations, contractor relations, customer satisfaction, learning and development, and culture
 - Develop branch reporting and auditing processes to analyze operational effectiveness through Salesforce platform
 - Use data to monitor the industry, business environment, competitors, and customers to develop actions plans for expanding and retaining the customer base
 - Use customer feedback and insights to collaborate with internal stakeholders and identify performance improvements, action plans, and delivery
 - Adhere to branch budgets for Sales Bookings, Revenue, and Operations, to achieve company Revenue, Gross Margin, EBITDA, and Efficiency Ratio goals
 - Maintain contact with vendors and contractors to deepen relationships, negotiate pricing, and provide feedback for opportunities to improve
 - Develop annual business plan by forecastingmarket sales and project deliverables that align with company goals to achieveoutlined results
 
Education / Knowledge / Requirements :
Preferred 10 years painting or construction industry experience6-8 years leading mid-sized team of 153-5 years experience in salesExperience utilizing leadership and coaching tools to develop EQ, Conflict Management, and AccountabilityProficient in Microsoft suite, highly proficient in ExcelSalesforce experience preferredAbout Renovia
