Key Responsibilities
Process new registrations within the first 24 hours
Conduct preliminary checks for fraud indicators on new registrations and contact new partners for onboarding
Schedule and conduct onboarding meetings with the Sales Manager
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer operations or account management in B2B tech or travel / hospitality
Fluent in local language and English
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
Proactive and results-focused with a team-oriented mindset
Ability to work across diverse cultural contexts
