Licensed Talk Therapist - Independent Contractor Opportunity

We offer a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians who can provide 25+ hours of availability each week.

What We Seek

We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in California who are eager to make a difference and grow alongside us. Ideal candidates will possess :

A commitment to seeing 25+ clients per week

A generalist approach to behavioral health (comfortable seeing couples / children with our support)

A blend of autonomy and teamwork in their practice

Interest in pursuing clinical leadership or supervisory roles

Integrity, openness, and a strong dedication to quality care

Qualifications :

Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist license in California

Residency and licensure in the same state where services are provided

Compensation :

You could earn up to $115,400, based on your licensure type / level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
