What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the residential front desk.

Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and / or authorization for entry in accordance with established procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting and escalating as required.

Maintain a professional presence at the front desk and assist with visitor and resident inquiries.

Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.

Support Allied Universal management in implementing site-specific directions and / or policies.

Minimum Requirements :

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Possession of a valid Guard Card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
