The opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Staff Designer to join the Document Cloud Design Team, focused on the Acrobat x Express integration.

About You
As a key design team member and inspiring leader on this team, you’ll play an integral part in crafting the next generation of productivity tools at Adobe. We are working on projects that help people consume, comprehend, create, and collaborate on documents in new ways, including generative AI technology. You’re recognized as a design leader, mentor, and collaborator who can drive alignment across teams and influence product direction at scale.
You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering design outcomes that balance user needs with business goals and technology constraints.

Adobe Design creates tools that amplify the world’s ability to create and communicate. We’re a global team of designers, researchers, prototypers, content strategists, program managers, and more who work across Adobe’s three product lines : Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $157,300 – $292,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
