Job Summary :

This role seeks a visionary Staff Service Designer with a knack for leading significant organizational changes and driving outcomes with autonomy in a hybrid team setting. The ideal candidate will possess unmatched skills in navigating ambiguities, creating compelling narratives for complex systems, and demonstrating a substantial portfolio in delivering customer and business outcomes. A deep understanding of service design, systems thinking, and proficiency in digital collaboration tools are core to facilitating strategic conversations and inventing solutions in distributed settings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Influence and build consensus among senior leadership to implement significant organizational changes.
• Frame complex problems, inspire action, and chart a path forward amidst high ambiguity.
• Utilize expert facilitation and storytelling to translate complex systems into clear narratives.
• Orchestrate strategic conversations using digital collaboration tools (Miro, Mural, Figjam, etc.) across distributed teams.
• Lead complex, end-to-end service initiatives to deliver measurable outcomes at scale.
