A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customers through inbound calls and service their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
Take inbound calls to assist customers with their insurance needs and offer additional products
Demonstrate empathy while setting up new claim reports for customers involved in accidents
Navigate through multiple computer systems to provide effective customer service
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
For sales roles, a Property & Casualty license is required or must be obtained during training
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service
Willingness to work a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends
