Key Responsibilities
Connect qualified legal professionals to in-house opportunities
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future legal roles
Evaluate candidates and draft summaries for client consideration
Required Qualifications
B.A. / B.S. required; J.D. is a plus
Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal recruiting
Experience with in-house contract attorney or legal professional placements is preferred
Strong belief in leveraging technology for efficiency
Ability to iterate and improve recruiting processes over time
