A company is looking for a System Support Engineer to assist in customer onboarding and troubleshooting in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate new customer onboarding and troubleshoot existing customer configurations
Develop processes, custom tooling, and scripts for product deployment
Collaborate with Engineering to diagnose and prioritize system issues
Required Qualifications
Experience with PowerShell and Bash scripting
Knowledge of Enterprise Device Management and basic SQL
Experience in customer enablement
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Azure administration tools
Previous technical support experience is preferred
