Responsibilities :

• Utilize QuickBooks to record financial transactions and maintain bookkeeping records.
• Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Perform data entry tasks to update financial databases and track transactions.
• Assist with expense reporting and budget reconciliation to support financial planning.
• Monitor and analyze cash flow to identify potential discrepancies or areas for improvement.
• Prepare financial reports for management to track company performance.
• Support inventory management by maintaining cost control measures and financial records.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline payment processing and credit card transactions.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations in all financial activities.
