General Manager for Monster Tree Service of Troy has a dynamic opportunity for a General Manager who will oversee daily operations, is responsible for safety, sales, and P&L delivery, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement while upholding the ethical standards and reputation of the organization in the community.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations and create efficiencies : crews, equipment, and supplies.
• Provide training and guidance to field crews in accordance with ANSI and company standards.
• Monitor crew productivity to ensure goals and targets are being met.
• Manage fleet and equipment repair and maintenance.
• Must be familiar with industry safety standards and procedures and is willing to enforce these standards as well as company safety policies.
• Coordinate with the Sales Arborist to create a daily work schedule for field personnel.
• Assist the owners with overflow sales estimates.
• Responsible for the hiring and supervision of all field employees.
• Coordinate training to ensure all field personnel is properly trained, licensed, etc.
