Responsibilities

About the Role As Director of Product, you will lead the product vision and execution across a portfolio of technology-based business capabilities serving BGCA and our national Movement. You will oversee a dynamic team and work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners to bring scalable, user-centered solutions to life, solutions that enable youth-serving professionals to do their best work every day.

This is a unique opportunity to combine product strategy, team leadership, and mission-driven innovation at scale. Your work will directly support the systems, tools, and digital experiences that power our organization and movement, from national staff to front-line Club professionals.

What You'll Do

You'll lead with purpose and deliver with precision across four key areas :

Strategy & Planning

• Define product strategies and roadmaps aligned with BGCA's broader technology and data strategy.
• Lead planning efforts in collaboration with internal departments, Movement stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Manage a product portfolio across the full lifecycle : scoping, prioritization, development, and adoption.
• Stay attuned to emerging technologies and trends, advising on feasibility and value.
• Guide technology RFPs tied to enterprise-level operations and service delivery.
