Urology Physician

The VA Northern California Health Care System is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Urologist to join our dedicated team at the Redding VA Outpatient Clinic. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to our nation s Veterans in a modern, well-equipped outpatient setting located in the scenic and family-friendly community of Redding, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and managing a wide range of genitourinary conditions, performing minor procedures, and coordinating surgical care with affiliated facilities as needed. In addition to direct patient care, responsibilities include educating Urology residents, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to the oversight of clinic operations. Salary Range-$340,000-$370,000

EDRP-Up to $200K Education Loan Repayment Program one to five years

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00AM-4 : 30PM

Pay : Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases

Paid Time Off : 50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME)
