Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of data-driven paid media plans across various channels
Drive audience segmentation strategies in collaboration with analytics and agency teams
Oversee creative asset development and manage campaign execution and optimization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
6+ years of experience in paid media strategy, planning, and optimization across multiple channels
Proven track record of building and launching campaigns from scratch
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign measurement
Experience with ad serving platforms and analytics tools
