Hoffmann Aviation is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented A&P Mechanic to support our diverse fleet of 10 single-engine pistons, twin pistons, and multi-engine turboprops. What You'll Do
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, modifications, and repairs in compliance with FARs, manufacturer guidelines, and industry standards.
Partner with the inspection department to support and learn within our Quality Management System.
Track and manage component inventories to keep aircraft ready for unexpected needs.
Maintain aircraft interiors and exteriors to operational and presentation standards.
Care for hangar tools, equipment, and ground assets with accountability and detail.
Safely operate aircraft on the ground when trained and authorized.
Document diagnostics, repairs, and return-to-service work with clear, accurate records.
What You Bring
3-5 years of experience working with Part 91 piston and / or turboprop aircraft.
Precision, accountability, and a mission-focused mindset.
Strong English communication skills with close attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive independently or as part of a disciplined team.
Flexibility to work overtime as operational needs arise.
Preferred Credentials
Current A&P license (required)
Structural repair and sheet metal experience (a plus)
Willingness to travel in support of operational objectives
Physical & Operational Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs and access a variety of aircraft components
Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
Must pass a drug test and background check
