Job description

Join Capital Health LIFE, one of New Jerseys longest-standing PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) programs, providing compassionate, value-based care to older adults across Mercer and Burlington counties.

Were seeking a dedicated Internal or Family Medicine physician with a passion for geriatric care to work within an interdisciplinary team that puts patients first.

What Youll Do :

  • Deliver comprehensive, holistic care to a medically complex, underserved population
  • Collaborate with nurses, social workers, therapists, and other providers
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory excellence
  • Contribute to a culture of compassion, learning, and innovation

    • Ideal Candidate :

  • BC / BE in Internal or Family Medicine (Geriatrics a plus)
  • 1+ year post-training experience (PACE experience preferred)
  • Licensed or eligible in NJ
