Senior Automation Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DeltaV Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and project delivery of large-scale automation projects in the Life Sciences sector.

This role requires strong proficiency with Emerson DeltaV systems and a proven track record in managing full project lifecycles within regulated (cGMP) environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement DeltaV control systems for complex Life Sciences projects.
• Lead system architecture, batch sequencing, and control strategies for optimized production and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources from design through commissioning.
• Develop DeltaV graphics (Live & Operate) in alignment with ISA-101 HMI guidelines.
• Oversee integration of third-party equipment and advanced automation strategies (ISA-88 batch processing, historian integration).
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GAMP5, and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Travel up to 25% for on-site commissioning and client engagement.
