Kohler Company, the #1 rated consumer brand in plumbing manufacturing is looking for Sales Executives for their Walk-in-Bath and Showers is a newly created team where you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with our end consumers and bring their bath & showering space vision to life!

As a Design Sales Consultant In Home, Kohler Services, you will be responsible for consumer facing sales presentations using approved sales and design methods while in the client’s home.

Appointments are pre-set, qualified and specific to KOHLER brand products. Protection of the KOHLER brand by following approved sales processes and high standards of conduct is a must.

Specific Responsibilities

• Timely arrival to issued confirmed appointments using trained and approved sales and design methods with the goal of earning a contract at the conclusion of the sales presentation.
• Thorough understanding and effective execution of sales methods and policies resulting in timely documentation of appointment results, accurate sales paperwork (both digital and paper) and communication with Sales Management.
• Proper management of all legal documents and customer deposits, including delivery to the office in a timely manner.
• Maintain all aspects of contact with potential customers as established in Company Guidelines. This includes but is not limited to, personal appearance, sales tools, and automobiles.

• Utilize all training resources and participate in regular coaching to meet or exceed agreed upon sales plan.
• Commitment to excellence in all aspects will be rewarded through an uncapped compensation package.

Skills / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of sales experience with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results.
• In home sales experience is a plus.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary for this position is $48,000. This position is also eligible for commission. Typical earnings for this position, including commission, are projected from $100,000 to $200,000.
