Lead Field Service Engineer (Critical Power)

Seattle, WA

Salaries range from $100k-$130k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, and Bonus scheme.

Our Client :

Leading provider of critical power solutions, specializing in UPS systems and infrastructure for data centers, healthcare, and mission-critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS systems and associated critical power equipment.

Supervise and mentor field service engineers, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Manage service schedules, emergency call-outs, and client communication for timely resolution.

Conduct site surveys, diagnostics, and performance testing to ensure system reliability.

Collaborate with engineering and project teams to support upgrades and system optimization.

The successful candidate must have / show :

Extensive hands-on experience with UPS systems, batteries, and critical power infrastructure.

Strong leadership and team management skills in field service operations.

Ability to read electrical schematics and perform advanced troubleshooting.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Willingness to travel to client sites in the Seattle area and occasional overnight trips.
