Schedule :  10 : 30 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Status : Full-Time | Overnight

Connections Mental Health is seeking a compassionate and dependable Mental Health Technician to join our overnight team. This essential role supports our clients during non-traditional hours, ensuring safety, structure, and therapeutic support throughout the night.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Follows and enforces the company's policies, procedures and protocols
• Completes client intakes in EMR upon admission.
• Types and performs data entry as needed for communication purposes
• Organizes and uploads documents to client files (if applicable)
• Conforms to all necessary quality assurance standards
• Greets scheduled visitors and coordinates to appropriate area or person
• Follows up with facility rules and expectations, and helps clients comply with contracts
• Conducts rounds per company policy
• Organizes cleaning supplies and materials
• Makes copies of printed materials
• Conduct med pass with clients
• "Observes and Reports" for overall client care
• Performs all necessary documentation regarding clients
• Communicates effectively with supervisor regarding completion of job duties and responsibilities
