A company is looking for a Behavioral Medical Director - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and guide the Utilization Management team, ensuring cost-effective quality care

Implement Level of Care guidelines and Utilization Management protocols

Provide clinical oversight and support to clinical staff while managing services across all levels of care

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy

Current unrestricted physician license and board certification in Psychiatry

Experience working in a multidisciplinary clinical team

Knowledge of post-discharge care planning and disease management

Demonstrated competence in electronic health records and associated technology
