Description
The Dealer Support Representative serves as the contact for all direct dealer processing and coordinates workload for all dealer loan packets.
The Dealer Support Representative ensures daily loan processing is balanced and file maintenance is completed. This role will provide support to internal and external customers for all problem loans, pay-offs, lien perfections and funding support.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handles dealer communication and correspondence.
- Triages internal and external customer requests for underwriting and funding exceptions.
- Receives and handles department inquiries and correspondence serving as primary resource for department processing issues and corrections.
- Handles department funding records and reports.
- Resolves lender partner file transmission issues.
- Works with internal and external business partners to ensure proper lien recordings on all loans.
- Researches and handles special projects within Consumer Lending.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- Six months of experience working in a high-volume production environment answering phones.
- Twelve months related experience in Auto Loan Processing.
- Associates degree or 2 years of related experience.
