Bilingual Customer Service Agent

Customer Service Representative

You have 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or healthcare, or hospitality, or another high-touch service environment where empathy is essential. You are bilingual in Spanish or Korean and an empathetic listener, with a genuine passion for helping others. You are highly accountable, resilient, and thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment where performance is measured and you see feedback as a path to growth. You are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously, without losing sight of the human on the other side of the phone.

Job Type & Location : This is a contract to hire position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
