💼 What You’ll Do :

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities

• Post customer payments (cash, check, credit card, ACH, wire, EFT) with precision
• Apply payments to correct invoices using Excell software and accounting systems
• Investigate and resolve short payments, deductions, and unpaid invoices
• Provide courteous and timely support to customers via phone and email
