Responsibilities

Oversee commercial construction projects as a Superintendent for a GC. Manage ground-up and renovation projects, coordinating with subcontractors, schedule, and safety expectations to ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE

• Experience as a Superintendent at a GC
• Experience with commercial construction
• Experience with ground-up projects
